About ICBC REHABILITATION
If you have been in a motor vehicle accident, our interdisciplinary team is specialized in helping you recover from your injuries such as whiplash, concussion, sprains, ligament tears and traumatic brain injury.
ICBC – For all motor vehicle-related injuries greater than 12 weeks old, pre-approval is required before booking. At your request, we will contact your case manager on your behalf to request coverage. If you would like our assistance in this process, please contact our Allied Health Coordinator at rehab@changepain.ca
You are pre-approved for the following services in the 12 weeks from the date of your accident:
- 25 PHYSIOTHERAPY sessions
- 25 CHIROPRACTIC sessions
- 12 ACUPUNCTURE sessions
- 12 KINESIOLOGY sessions
- 12 COUNSELLING sessions
No referral is needed to access these services.
We will need your claim number, Personal Health Number and consent to contact ICBC.
We bill directly to ICBC.
There is no user fee for these appointments.
