(4-12 weekly suprascapular local anesthesia nerve blocks and shoulder muscle trigger point injections for myofascial release combined with physiotherapy +/- steroid injection in shoulder joint as needed)
Nerve: Pulsed Radiofrequency or Cryoablation of suprascapular nerves
Joint: local anesthesia injection for acromioclavicular (AC) joint, subacromial bursa, Intraarticular glenohumeral joint, or Viscosupplementation
Anterior Shoulder pain (Biceps tendon groove local anesthetic injection, trigger point injections for muscle release) local anesthestic injection
