This weekly class is designed for anyone navigating persistent pain — whether you’ve completed the Empowering Series at ChangePain or are simply curious about the tools we teach. You’ll receive an actionable plan to maintain momentum after the Empowering program, or get a practical introduction to our approach if you’re just starting out.
Each week, we focus on one of the Six Pillars of Well-Being: Movement, Mental Health, Nutrition, Sleep, Relaxation, and Relationship Building, all within a supportive community. Through practices like gentle yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and pain education based on the biopsychosocial model, you’ll learn to build resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in movement — without worsening your pain.
No prior experience is needed. All levels of mobility are welcome. Come with a beginner’s mindset and discover how to support your healing in a safe, inclusive space.
