Neck, Headache & Shoulder Pain Masterclass (1/5) – 5-Part Series

This 5 part series will cover the complexity and nuance of neck pain, common headache conditions and shoulder pain through the lens of a chronic pain experienced Physiotherapist. The series will provide valuable information on your specific condition/diagnosis while considering both biomechanical and persistent pain aspects. The content is geared towards practical rehab strategies both at home and integrating with all Changepain services. 

The series will cover common conditions related to that body region for pathophysiology, anatomy, tissue healing, recovery and targeted movement rehab. All information is updated frequently with the most recent evidence-based practices. This is a rare opportunity to receive advice and education from a pain trained Physiotherapist.

While these classes do not need to be taken in a series, each class does add cumulative value to the other. It is strongly recommended for all patients to take each series to gain a comprehensive understanding of your specific conditions.
