Restorative Yoga

Dr. Susan Bright and Cheryl Uphill

This weekly recurring yoga class focuses on stillness, letting go of stress and tension, nervous system regulation, finding ease and resting deeply.
The class offers a longer amount of time (5 to 15 minutes) in each pose to find deep relaxation.

The following props would be useful:

  • 1 Bolster (if you have one)
  • 2-3 Pillows
  • 3-4 Blankets
  • 1 Eye covering (scarf/towel or eye pillow)
