Dr. Lindsay Rite Is Back: What Her Return Means for Complex Pain Patients

If you’ve been living with pain that doesn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis or that hasn’t responded the way you hoped Dr. Lindsay Rite is the kind of clinician you want in your corner.

After time away, Dr. Lindsay has returned to Changepain Medical & Allied Health Clinic as of May 2026. She is currently accepting new patients, seeing clients three days per week.

Dr. Lindsay has been part of Changepain since the clinic’s early years  nearly a decade of working alongside our interdisciplinary team on some of the most complex presentations we see.

Her background is unusually broad.

She holds credentials as a Registered Chiropractor, Registered Kinesiologist, and CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with advanced training in movement and exercise therapy.

In practice, that means she brings together structural assessment, movement science, and pain neuroscience in a way that goes beyond a single-discipline approach.

The cases she works with

Dr. Lindsay’s practice focuses on conditions that are often difficult to treat and frequently misunderstood: chronic widespread pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), central sensitivity syndromes, and chronic fatigue syndrome, among others.

Her clinical experience extends across veteran health (Canadian Veterans, CPCoE), ICBC cases, complex workplace injuries, and elite sport — including Pan American Games athletes, the Rugby Sevens Fijian championship team, and Canada West Wrestling athletes. She also co-led the first Military Veterans Alpine Challenge and has contributed to research publications and provincial pain initiatives.

More than treatment: problem-solving

What makes Dr. Lindsay’s approach distinctive is how she frames her role. She isn’t simply providing chiropractic adjustments or exercise prescriptions.

She’s a problem-solver — someone who takes the time to understand the full picture, identify what’s been missed, and decide whether the answer is direct care, a different intervention, or coordinated support from the broader Changepain team.

As Director of Integrative Health, she also oversees the Allied Health and Rehabilitation Team, Pain Programs, and Pain Neuroscience Education Services at the clinic. That means she understands how all the pieces fit together — and can help connect you to the right care at the right time.
