At Changepain Clinic, we believe that effective care starts with understanding the person behind the symptoms. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Sarah to our physiotherapy team.
Sarah takes a holistic and compassionate approach to care, recognizing that pain and physical limitations often affect much more than just one part of the body. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she works collaboratively with patients to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
Sarah has a special interest in chronic pain management and is passionate about helping individuals improve function, build confidence in movement, and reconnect with the activities that matter most to them. Whether someone is returning to exercise, managing a long-standing condition, or looking to improve their quality of life, Sarah believes that meaningful progress begins with a personalized plan and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
In addition to chronic pain care, Sarah has a particular interest in working with:
- Runners and active individuals
- Pediatric patients
- Neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease
- Women’s health concerns
- Chronic health conditions including osteoporosis, osteopenia, arthritis, diabetes, and PCOS
- Individuals with neurodivergence, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other genetic conditions
Sarah is committed to ongoing professional development and is currently pursuing additional training in areas such as Clinical Pilates, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health.
Her approach combines evidence-informed treatment, patient education, and collaborative goal setting to help patients feel empowered throughout their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and strength training, experiences that further reinforce her passion for helping people stay active and engaged in the activities they love.
If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who will take the time to understand your goals and work alongside you to achieve them, Sarah looks forward to meeting you.
