We are thrilled to welcome Rachel Cheung, MSc (Sports Science), BKin, to our team at Change Pain Clinic.
Who is Rachel?
Rachel is a passionate and experienced Kinesiologist with over 10 years of hands-on practice helping individuals move, feel, and live better. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, supporting clients recovering from soft tissue injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), postural imbalances, chronic pain, and more.
She brings extensive experience in return-to-work (RTW) programs, functional restoration, and pain management strategies, and is also a certified Stretch Tissue Release (STR Level 1) practitioner and yoga teacher.
Rachel holds a Master of Sports Science with a specialization in biomechanics, along with a Diploma in Disability Case Management, giving her a strong foundation in both the science of human movement and the art of personalized rehabilitation.
