We’re delighted to welcome Sam Ghaffari, BSc (Hons), Registered Kinesiologist, to the Change Pain Clinic team.
Who is Sam?
Sam helps people rebuild strength and confidence after injury, pain, or physical setbacks. She brings a compassionate, forward-focused approach to recovery — one that blends movement retraining, active rehabilitation, and pain education to help clients reconnect with their bodies and rediscover what they’re capable of.
With experience supporting individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and chronic pain, Sam understands that every person’s path to healing looks different.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and certifications in Corrective Exercise and Behaviour Change through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She has also completed the Moving Through Pain program with Pain Canada, deepening her understanding of pain recovery and functional movement.
Sam’s Approach to Care
For Sam, healing isn’t about returning to how things were — it’s about rebuilding forward. Her sessions combine science-based techniques with mindfulness and education, helping clients build trust in their bodies, one step at a time.
She values curiosity, small wins, and self-compassion — principles she brings into every session to make rehabilitation empowering and sustainable.
